Tickets can be purchased on AXS.com or by clicking on "View Event Details" under the individual show on the upcoming events page. The Bellco Theatre box office is open on event days only, two hours prior to advertised show start time. Please note you will need an AXS account to purchase tickets. Tickets purchased at the outlet box office will include a nominal processing fee. Please note, if you do not already have an AXS account, please create one at AXS.com prior to purchasing tickets at the City of Denver outlet and provide the email used in creating the account at the window. Before arriving at the box office, it is recommended that you check for primary ticket availability by deselecting "Premium" and "Resale" on AXS.com to ensure ticket availability, but not guaranteed. For general ticketing questions, please contact support.axs.com.
Due to higher security measures, it is highly recommended that you arrive at least one hour before the show. Your experience will be much like an airport's security process.

Please note, your experience will be much like an airport's security line. In order to create a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, you will be searched by including but not limited to metal detection and a bag search. That said, arrive early and be prepared to remove all items from pockets. For your safety and the safety of others, all guests and their possessions are subject to inspection as a condition of admittance. Venue management reserves final decision on items allowed into the Bellco Theatre.
There is a passenger pick up/drop off area outside the theatre entrance on Stout Street just off Speer. Visit Bellco Theatre's ACCESSIBLE SERVICES for a map and more information on venue accessibility.
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the seating area (including e-cigarettes and vape pens). Designated smoking areas are located outside. Cannabis use of any kind in any area, inside or on property is prohibited. Violators are subject to ejection.
Re-entry is not permitted.
Guests are also subject to event specific Rules & Regulations as set forth by individual event producers and/or artists.
Unauthorized vending is prohibited on Bellco Theatre/Colorado Convention Center property.

The Bellco Theatre has direct elevator access located behind the merchandise counter that has access to both lobby and the theatre floor section. Additionally, ADA Guest Services staff members will be onsite to assist and escort you to your seat. These staff members will be available in the lobby.

Unfortnately, the Bellco Theatre cannot offer any refunds for differing ticket prices.

Other FAQ's
The box office opens 2 hours prior to advertised start time and stays open through the first hour of the performance.
Run times are dependent on each performer and actual run times cannot be guaranteed. Most concerts are approximately 2-2.5 hours. Most comedians and speakers run about 1.5 hours.
Most shows require a separate ticket for children 2 and up but this is show dependent. Please refer to the individual event for further details. Booster seats are available in the lobby. If a booster seat is needed for a child, please find a Guest Services staff member in the lobby for the request.
No, the Bellco Theatre does not enforce a clear bag policy. Bags no larger than 12x12 are allowed in. Please CLICK HERE (hyper link to "Rules and Regulations" for more details regarding our bag policy and prohibited items.
Yes, the Bellco Theatre has a limited amount of locker storage in the lobby that can be rented for $5.00. Due to limited availability, locker use is first come first serve.
The Bellco Theatre offers both a traditional concession offering (nachos, hotdogs, candy, etc.) as well as a variety of vendors including Baroness Coffee, City Pop, and Simply Nuts. For some performances, a premium offering such as gourmet sandwiches and tacos may be offered.

Wheelchairs are available for use to move from the lobby to the theatre. Upon arrival, please check in with one of our ADA Guest Services Staff members who will be located at the entrance of the lobby.
