The Colorado Convention Center does not operate a daily box office. A box office operated by AXS is only open during event times. During those times you may buy a ticket for any event on sale AT THE AXS BOX OFFICE. There are no phone sales, for inquiries email info@denverconvention.com and someone will respond during normal business hours. Social media outlets are not staffed on off hours to answer immediate questions.
The City of Denver is now offering an AXS box office for ticket outlet services at the
Colorado Coliseum Box Office only on Saturdays from 11am-3pm. You can buy tickets to any ticketed Colorado Convention Center or Bellco Theatre event without online service fees.
Click here for important information about outlet sales. Tickets purchased at the outlet box office will include a nominal processing fee if purchased via credit card. Please note, if you do not already have an AXS account, please create one at AXS.com prior to purchasing tickets at the City of Denver outlet and provide the email used in creating the account at the window. Before arriving at the box office, it is recommended that you check for primary ticket availability by deselecting "Premium" and "Resale" on AXS.com to ensure ticket availability, but not guaranteed.
AXS Mobile Delivery is digital ticketing technology that provides the
flexibility and convenience of safely and securely managing your tickets
online or in the AXS app. Many events at the Colorado Convention Center
utilize this delivery method - eliminating paper tickets and allows you
to enter the venue with your AXS Mobile ID.
AXS Mobile Delivery and the AXS app give you the ability to safely
transfer, sell, and buy tickets through the Official Fan to Fan
Marketplace, powered by AXS. All tickets listed for sale on the Official
Fan to Fan Marketplace will display online at axs.com, as well as the
AXS app. AXS is the only trusted event ticket provider for the Bellco

Tickets purchased through unofficial 3rd party sources (such as social media postings, Craigslist, StubHub, etc) are not authenticated via AXS- the official event ticket provider and may not be valid. The box office will not be able to assist on orders purchased from third parties.
