At the Bellco Theatre, website accessibility will always be an ongoing effort and we are continually seeking solutions that will keep these efforts going to permit all of our guests access to our website. We are dedicated to providing all of our guests a safe and enjoyable experience, including those with disabilities and special needs to ensure comfort and safety for everyone at all of our shows and performances. Our goal is to permit our guests to successfully gather information and transact business through our website regardless of the use of assistive technologies like a screen reader, a magnifier or voice recognition software.

Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is available for all Bellco Theatre events. For Bellco Theatre ticketed events, accessible seating tickets are available through the normal purchase process on AXS.com. When calling to purchase accessible tickets, it is important that you indicate that you need accessible seating.

Passenger Pick Up/Drop Off
For those guests with mobility restrictions, a passenger drop-off area is located just off Stout Street near the intersection of Speer Boulevard. Our Guest Services staff are there to assist you.
Accessible Parking
Parking is not close. We suggest utilizing the drop off point for quick access. Designated handicapped parking is available on all two levels of the parking garage. A valid state issued handicapped placard or license plate is required. All disability parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and requires payment at the automated pay stations. Please arrive early to ensure adequate parking and accommodations. For directions and parking rates, please visit event parking. Due to the secure entry points of the convention center and theatre, please be aware you may be subjected to a secondary security screening if you utilize the onsite parking garage
Accessible Restrooms
All restroom facilities in the Colorado Convention Center and Bellco Theatre are accessible for all of our guests and are compliant with ADA guidelines.
Elevators
Bellco Theatre is equipped with an elevator providing our guests with accessibility access to lower level seating and the lobby.
Interpretation Services
Upon request, the Bellco Theatre is pleased to provide American Sign Language interpretation services for our guests who are hearing impaired. We will make every effort to accommodate each request with 10 days advance notice. Please note that after the 10-day time frame, requests cannot be guaranteed. Assisted Listening Devices
Assisted listening devices are available at no charge at the Bellco
Theatre box office. The Bellco Theatre offers state-of-the-art Auracast with Bluetooth capability that allows the audio source to broadcast sound to an unlimited number of compatible devices, including smartphones with Bluetooth-connected hearing aids. Please note the broadcast range is limited to the theatre seating area only and will not be broadcast in the lobby nor elsewhere in the building. For attendees with older devices or who do not have a Bluetooth capability, we also offer pocket-sized receivers with earphones or loop options. Valid identification, such as a driver’s license, is
required as a deposit to ensure return of the equipment. Please visit
